Placing
an Order: You
may order online, by email or by phone. When ordering online, use
the buttons provided on each individual item page to add items to
your cart. You will then be taken to a secure connection
where you will be prompted to enter your billing & shipping
information, including credit card information. We accept Visa,
Mastercard & Discover online. If you order by phone or email,
you may pay by check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or
Paypal.

Once
your order is received online, you will be notified via email. If
your order requires shipping or other quotes, a representative from
the GoodTimber will contact you to review your order and quotes
before processing your payment. If you have questions or need to

Sales
Tax: The GoodTimber is not required to collect sales tax
on orders that are shipped outside the state of Utah. If you will
be picking up your items or if they will be shipped within the state
of Utah, sales tax of 6.35% will be added to your order when it
is processed.
Construction
Time: Because every item is handcrafted by the Goodtimber
craftsmen, construction times will vary. Most items are shipped within 4-6 weeks from date
of order. Click here for more details. Some items such as our GoodTimber
style beds (excluding the Field
& Stream Bear Post Bed) are constructed within 1-4 weeks.We do our best to complete every order within this timeframe, but
we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates. If you have a specific
time frame in which you need your items delivered, please discuss
this with us at the time of your order.
Cancelling/Changing
Your Order: Because most of our items are built to order,
all cancellations or order changes will be subject to approval based
on the production status of the items. A 15% restocking fee will
be charged on all approved cancellations. This fee will also be
charged on approved order changes if production of the items has
already begun. Custom items may not be cancelled. Due to the high
cost of shipping, returns are not accepted. However, our items are
covered by an exceptional warranty and customer satisfaction is
our number one concern.
All Sales are Subject to the Following Disclaimer for all Credit Card Sales:
I the customer have paid for my items using Visa or master card I agree to
forego ANY charge back for ANY reason under our NO REFUND policy. I
understand any problems will be dealt with outside of a charge back credit
directly with the Goodtimber. I Understand I will NOT be credited back on my
Credit card account for any reason if I cancel the sale, or are dissatisfied
with purchase. Buyer's acceptance of any items agrees that this transaction
was consummated within the state of Utah and consents to the application of
all Utah state Laws and to the jurisdiction of Utah State Courts. Should a
dispute arise out of this transaction. Buyer further agrees that should
he/she default in any obligation of this agreement, he/she shall be
responsible for all attorney fees and court costs involved in the
prosecution of this action. Acceptance constitutes an agreement to pay the
above listed price and totals, with in agreed terms.
Shipping
Information: We ship by Fed Ex, UPS or freight carrier.
All items that meet the dimension limits will be shipped by Fed
Ex or UPS unless they are part of an order consisting of larger
items that must be delivered by freight carrier. Items shipped by
freight carrier will be delivered curbside and you will need to
be present to sign for and unload the items.
Transit
Time: Shipping times average 3-10 business days. Again,
we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates. If you have a specific
time frame in which you need your items delivered, please discuss
this with us at the time of your order.
Delivery
Notification: When shipping by Fed Ex or UPS, we will notify
you by email when your order ships. Please be sure to provide a
valid email address when placing your order as this is the email
address we will send your notification to. Orders shipped by freight
carrier will include your contact phone number on the bill of lading.
Again, please be sure to provide a valid phone number when placing
your order so you can be easily reached to arrange a delivery time.
When
Your Order Arrives: Please inspect your order when it arrives
to ensure that all the items are there and that no damage had occured
during transit. Please do not sign for items until you are reasonably
sure they have arrived in good condition. If you do discover damage,
you must note the damage on the bill of lading before signing it.
Although damage during transit is rare, please be assured that every
item we shipped is covered by insurance and will be repaired or
replaced if damage does occur. However, our currant RMA must be
complied to. Ask for details.
Large
Order Shipments: Large orders may be shipped more economically
than the individual shipping prices listed on the website. Please

with the items you are interested in and your shipping address so
we can get you an exact quote.
Terms & Conditions:
- Proposals are not valid longer than 7 days of date issued.
- CUSTOMER responsible to notice typos.
- If shipping to a residential address or a lift gate is needed upon delivery additional charges may apply.
- LTL, Truckload and Freight deliveries are curbside.
- Setup is not included.
- Pickups must pay sales tax and are scheduled by appointment only.
- Finish, stain, plugs, dowels and all other add-on's are not included unless specified in the item description or noted on the invoice.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- By paying the down payment you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of service posted on our website.
- No refunds on all deposits.
- A minimum 15% restocking fee applies to APPROVED ONLY cancellations or returns. Please remember that this is CUSTOM furniture and returns are not accepted.
Price
Match Guarantee:
If you find an identical item priced lower at a different online
store, The GoodTimber will match that price within 5 days after
your purchase was made (price match does not include shipping &
handling charges). In order to qualify you must email the competitors
website address and your order number, name, and address to info@thegoodtimber.com.
Price Match Exclusions
& Rules:
- Additional discounts, promotions, and free shipping offers from
the GoodTimber can not be used on price matched orders.
- Price matching can not be used for furniture merchandise priced
over $1000.
- Price matching can not be used for any items on the Accessories
page priced $60.00 or under.
- Price matching can not be used on any Metal Art Accessories
or Antler Lighting.
- We must be notified before your order is placed or within 5
days after placing your order.
- Merchandise must be offered by a reputable U.S. company.
- The items that are price matched must be identical.
- Proof of the competitors shipping and handling fees must be
provided.
- We do not price match internet auctions or manufacturer/wholesale
prices.
- We do not price match items that are advertised as closeout,
clearance or overstocked.
