The cushions are supported by a sturdy sping system. The arm rests can be covered in the highest quality leather hide for that nice added touch. Each piece is full of character with knots, worm holes, color variations or other characteristic features. Sturdy 100% mortise & tenon construction meaning each log end is tenoned to fit inside a hole drilled in an adjoining log and then bolted together. And the best thing about these couches and love seats is, unlike most other log couches, they are COMFORTABLE! ASPEN TRIPOD END TABLE: (click here for more information on the Tripod) Beautiful solid wood with a heavy 4-8" thick top and beautiful handpeeled, strong ASPEN log legs. Full of character to match our other log furniture. Comes already finished with an anti checking oil based finish, specifically made for the tripod table. It is a different finish for the strict purpose of preserving the quality of the tripod tabletop. *It is a rarity to find log or rustic furniture that is built using kiln-dried lumber. But not only do we build our products using kiln-dried lumber, we build them using RUSTIC kiln-dried lumber. This means that our products have a rough-cut, old time look with color variations and saw marks, yet they are VERY smooth to the touch. Our lumber spends a great deal of time in a kiln in order to stabilize the moisture content within it. Although this is a very expensive and time-consuming process, it ensures the longevity of our furniture by greatly reducing the changes of warping or cracking over time. In addition, kiln-dried lumber will take finish better, last longer and will have much stronger joints. If
furniture is built with lumber that has NOT been kiln-dried, it
is a good indication of the builder trying to save money and it

SHIPPING Must ship by freight carrier - please contact us for a shipping quote. Please note, if you order online, shipping will not be added to your total during checkout. You will be contacted with a shipping quote before your order is processed. Couch & Love Seat ships fully assembled weighing approx. 225 to 325 lbs. when packaged. Living Room Chair ships fully assembled weighing approx. 150 lbs. when packaged. Coffee Table ships fully assembled weighing approx. 95 to 125 lbs. when packaged. Tripod End Table ships fully assembled weighing approx. 75 lbs. (each) when packaged. FREIGHT SAVINGS Very large orders may be shipped more economically. Please email for quotes. CONSTRUCTION TIME Most items are shipped from our facility approximately 4-6 weeks from date of order. However, if you are planning on picking your furniture up from our store, please allow up to 8-10 weeks for construction time.
