CUSTOM BUNK BED: (click here for more information on the Custom Bunk Bed) Bunk bed frame built from nice-sized, hand-peeled ASPEN logs & sturdy lumber creating a one-of-a-kind log bunk bed. Each piece is full of character with knots, worm holes, color variations or other characteristic features. Full log side rails & guard rails (no metal side rails) for added strength and to keep the rustic look a log bed was meant to have. Rough cut lumber mattress supports to give your mattress the support it needs. Sturdy 100% mortise & tenon construction (including the mattress supports) meaning each log end is tenoned to fit inside a hole drilled in an adjoining log and then bolted together. 6 DRAWER

on the Toy Chest) *It is a rarity to find log or rustic furniture that is built using kiln-dried lumber. But not only do we build our products using kiln-dried lumber, we build them using RUSTIC kiln-dried lumber. This means that our products have a rough-cut, old time look with color variations and saw marks, yet they are VERY smooth to the touch. Our lumber spends a great deal of time in a kiln in order to stabilize the moisture content within it. Although this is a very expensive and time-consuming process, it ensures the longevity of our furniture by greatly reducing the changes of warping or cracking over time. In addition, kiln-dried lumber will take finish better, last longer and will have much stronger joints. If
furniture is built with lumber that has NOT been kiln-dried, it
is a good indication of the builder trying to save money and it
is not worth the cost savings. OPTIONS

SHIPPING Must ship by freight carrier - please contact us for a shipping quote. Please note, if you order online, shipping will not be added to your total during checkout. You will be contacted with a shipping quote before your order is processed. The bed ships disassembled in several packages accompanied by simple assembly instructions and necessary hardware. It is very heavy due to its solid construction & packaging. Weighs approx. 450-550 lbs. when packaged. Chest of Drawers ships fully assembled weighing approx. 275 lbs. when packaged. Single Drawer Log Nightstand ships fully assembled weighing approx. 90 lbs. when packaged. TV Stand ships fully assembled weighing approx. 90 lbs. when packaged.
