Construction: Entire bed frame built from Northern white cedar logs (approx. 2 3/8" to 3 " in diameter).. Full log side rails (no metal side rails) for added strength and to keep the rustic look a log bed was meant to have. Log mattress supports to give your mattress the support it needs. Durable 100% mortis & tenon construction (including the mattress supports). Entire nightstand built from Northern white cedar including solid log shelves.

Shipped untreated in its natural color, pale tan or light gold, it may be stained, painted or left in its natural condition. Left untreated and exposed to the elements, the color changes evenly over time to a silver gray.
